VISION:
The Chicago Brass Band (CBB) will become a world
class brass band in the British tradition, but not bound by that tradition, and will strive to reflect the American musical culture of which it is a part.
MISSION:

CBB will attain the highest musical and artistic standards
possible, earning the respect of critical, serious music lovers.

CBB will promote good brass band music as high art, while also
providing an entertaining concert experience for its
audiences.

CBB will at all times honor the musical labor, achievement, and
individual dignity of each of its members.
